Can you tell me about the delivery of True Taste Of Kiwi gift boxes?
Standard delivery by NZ Post is included in all TRUE TASTE OF KIWI gift boxes. Rural delivery fee is +$4.50. Your order is tracked at the point of dispatch and again once it has been delivered.
You will automatically receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. It will include the NZ Post tracking number.
We dispatch your gift with the best intention of it arriving on, or just before, your selected date. We suggest allowing 1-2 days for South island delivery, 2-3 days for North Island delivery and an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. Please note that all delivery times are approximate and are guided by NZ Post.
How will I know that you’ve received my order?
An automatic email confirming our receipt of your order will be sent to the email address you enter during the checkout process.
Please check that you have correctly entered your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or realise that you’ve made an error entering your email address, please give us a call on 021 171 7931.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on a single order?
To save you from having to transact a number of separate orders, if you’d like to send a multiple gift boxes we are more than happy to help you directly.
Once you have chosen the gift boxes that you’d like to send you can either give us a call on 021 171 7931 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create your order, including gift messages.
Can I send a customised gift box?
How do you incorporate sustainability into your gift boxes?
At TRUE TASTE OF KIWI sustainability is important to us, especially with so many gifts and items that come with excess or unnecessary packaging. We make sure that we carefully consider the packaging that we and our suppliers use.
We use stylish white gift boxes that are sturdy enough to be re-used again and again, either for gifting to someone special or for storage/organisation in your home. The ribbon and wooden wool (used to protect the gift box contents) are also suitable for re-use.
The NZ Post courier bags are made with a minimum of 80% recycled material.
How do you choose the contents of the TRUE TASTE OF KIWI gift boxes?
Firstly, all the gift items included in our TRUE TASTE OF KIWI gift boxes are sourced from talented suppliers based in the South Island. Secondly we look for suppliers that you wouldn’t normally find in a standard high street shop.
We know that there are many talented, artisan manufactures whose quality of goods at least matches, and in many cases out does, the better known names. We think they deserve to get their high quality goods out there for more people to enjoy.
All food items are manufactured in food safe compliant premises with certification available. We even undergo audits and are certified, to ensure we care for the perishable items correctly.
What if the gift box or items arrive damaged?
In the unfortunate event of a damaged package or item, TRUE TASTE OF KIWI will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent.
